1. Service Description
RedditPulse helps e-commerce store owners discover relevant Reddit conversations and suggests AI-generated replies. We surface opportunities — you decide whether and how to engage. RedditPulse does not post on Reddit on your behalf.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity on your Reddit account
- You must follow Reddit's Content Policy and subreddit rules when engaging
- AI-suggested replies are starting points — review and personalize them before posting
- Do not use RedditPulse to spam, harass, or violate any platform's terms of service
- Respect the daily engagement limits designed to keep your account safe
3. Account & Access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. AI-Generated Content
Reply suggestions are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with subreddit rules. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. RedditPulse is not liable for consequences of replies you choose to post.
5. Shopify Integration
If you connect your Shopify store, you authorize us to read your product catalog to improve reply relevance. We access only product data (names, descriptions, images). You can disconnect your store at any time from Settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
RedditPulse is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using our service will result in sales, traffic, or Reddit karma. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Reddit, Shopify, or other platforms against your accounts.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RedditPulse after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
