1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you connect your Shopify store, we access your product catalog (names, descriptions, images) to provide relevant Reddit opportunities. We do not access your Shopify orders, customers, or financial data.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Match you with relevant Reddit conversations based on your products and keywords
- Generate AI-suggested replies tailored to your business
- Send optional email digests with your top daily opportunities
- Improve our matching algorithms and product experience
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled on all user tables. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with encrypted sessions. We do not store your Reddit password or login credentials.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Google Gemini — AI reply generation (post content is sent for analysis)
- Resend — Email delivery for digests
- Vercel — Hosting and analytics
- Shopify — Product sync (only if you connect your store)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
6. Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@redditpulse.dev. You can disconnect your Shopify store from Settings at any time.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-less visitor tracking.
